Tintoretto
An interactive guide to a Tintoretto restoration
An interactive application about the three-year restoration of the Tintoretto altarpiece from Korčula Cathedral, for its exhibition in Dubrovnik.
One of our oldest projects. The altarpiece of Korčula Cathedral, St. Mark between St. Bartholomew and St. Jerome, was restored by the Croatian Conservation Institute over three years. The research confirmed that the young Jacopo Tintoretto painted it himself.
The painting and the story of its restoration were shown at the Rector's Palace in Dubrovnik in 2006. We made an interactive application that walked visitors through the restoration.
